Located on the Westside of Downtown Disney, the House of Blues Orlando is a wondrous place to visit for food and fantastic name brand music.
The multi-level club and restaurant is roomy and dazzling. Just about every inch of this place is stuffed with blues and voodoo memorabilia.
Famous bluesmen, alive and dead, are featured in hanging busts and southern folk art nearly wallpapers what walls are left.
The enormous facility is designed around a central stage, with just about every place in the building having an excellent view. There are no bad seats at the House of Blues Orlando.
The house holds 1,500 people so it attracts some fairly large names, both local and international, from just about every genre of music. There are even local band nights, to help support the Orlando music scene.
The House of Blues Orlando has a pretty unique take on breakfast once a week as well.
The Gospel Brunch is just what is sounds like: a mouth-watering, ear-opening blend of soul food and music. The buffet breakfast features gospel performances every Sunday. Make sure you buy tickets in advance. It's certainly not something to be missed if you're visiting the House of Blues Orlando.
